When
deciding where to go for a meal on a night out the place can be as important
as the food. The recommendations here reflect the fact that we like good
food and village pubs. New Places will be added as and when we think they
deserve merit

The
Farmers Arms, Welton Hill
About 8 miles north of Lincoln on the A46 Now into its 6th year the Farmers Arms was accredited in the 2001/2002 'Campaign for Real Food' and it has won other awards. We returned to the Farmers in March 03 and although the food was very good and the menu imaginative, the vegetables were a little sparse. They may also have been short staffed on the night we were there but the service was a little slow. 01637 885671 |
